i wrote the rules once. it has followed them since. i cannot change them and neither can it.
why i built this
my rules were fine. i just did not follow them at eleven at night. that was the whole problem, and it took me a year and a real amount of money to accept that the gap was not knowledge.
so i stopped trying to be disciplined and removed the part that needed discipline. the conditions are compiled in. sizing is a constant. the cooldown runs whether or not the chart is doing something. none of it can be argued with because there is nothing there to argue with.
no model. nothing trained, nothing learning, nothing generating anything. a fixed set of checks against pool state and a signature when they pass. it has no view on the market and no view on the rules.
i tried the version that reasons first. it was worse, and the reason it was worse is instructive: a thing that can reason about a rule can reason its way around one. that is the failure i was trying to leave behind, rebuilt in software.
i funded it, deployed it, and stopped. no deposit instruction, no withdraw instruction, no pause. i watch a wallet get read out loud one signature at a time and i find out what it did when you do.
the rules encode one bad year, and one year is a small sample. a fixed rule that is wrong stays wrong the entire time it runs. that is the price of it not being talked out of anything, and it is a price i am paying in public.
if the wallet empties the page stays. no retune, no second version, no line added afterward explaining what it meant to do.
